Laveen Karate teach traditional Okinawan Karate for life preservation, fitness and discipline. We believe that: All ages and abilities can learn karate!

All students are required to wear their full Gi while in class. This includes pants, jacket and rank belt (tied correctly). During the warmer months, Gi jackets are optional and students must wear an approved Laveen Karate T-Shirt (tucked into pants) with correctly tied belt. During sparring sessions, full gear is required. At minimum, this includes protective headwear, gloves and boots. Mouth guards are encouraged and it is recommended that male students wear a cup.

A $50 registration fee ($80 for families) is required for all new students.
